While we are slowly opening up business as a country obviously a lot of changes are happening. Real Estate Agents and Home sellers can once again show open homes but you must have a Coronavirus Property Entry and Advisory Declaration or PEAD.

Homes are shown with the consent of the buyer and seller on appointment only basis. The seller must have been out of the home for one hour before the buyer can enter the property. The buyer must agree to use hand sanitizer, protective mask, shoe coverings and gloves when entering the property.
