DUTIES:
✔ Working on Home Purchase Pre-approvals
✔ Marketing and Event Planning
✔ Database Management
✔ Lead Management
✔ Pipeline Management
✔ Scheduling Closings
REQs:
✔ NMLS and/or DRE preferred. 5 years + experience in the Mortgage Industry.
✔ Position can be primarily remote but commuting to Alameda may be required 2-4 times a month.
✔ Hourly + Bonus.
✔ 1099 Independent Contractor.
